These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bed888 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). Accepted documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Age Verification: bed888 takes its obligations with respect to underage gambling extremely seriously. Where there is any doubt about a player's age, the account will be suspended pending verification. Winnings generated during a period of suspended verification may be withheld until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bed888 accounts are personal to the registered holder. Account balances, bonuses, free bet credits, and any accumulated rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the normal withdrawal process defined in Section 5 of these Terms.

bed888 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other activity deemed to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or in breach of applicable law.

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on individual deposits, however bed888 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for deposits above a threshold determined at its discretion.

Funds deposited into your bed888 account must be used for the purposes of placing bets and playing games on the Platform. bed888 does not accept third-party deposits. The account holder must be the beneficial owner of all funds deposited. Deposits funded by credit extended by a third party, or by funds derived from illegal activity, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

bed888 does not charge fees on standard deposits via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bed888 bears no responsibility. Players are encouraged to review the fee schedule of their payment provider before initiating a deposit.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your account in error, you are obligated to notify bed888 support immediately. Any funds credited in error remain the property of bed888 and may be reclaimed at any time. Wagering with erroneously credited funds does not create any entitlement to winnings derived therefrom.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by logged-in players via the Cashier section of the Platform. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals at the time of the request.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed and the request will be declined without penalty to the player. Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings prior to the satisfaction of wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those winnings and the cancellation of the relevant bonus.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the decision of bed888's trading and risk team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process set out in Section 11 of these Terms. bed888 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, or betting product. Games and markets may be temporarily suspended or permanently removed from the Platform without prior notice. No compensation will be payable for the removal of any game or market.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bed888.
